English: The melody of the 7th stanza of Zdravljica by Stanko Premrl, i.e. the national anthem of the Republic of Slovenia. The melody was written in 1905 and published in 1906. Translation of the text:
"ANTHEM: May all nations prosper / That long to see the day / When quarrels shall be chased away / From under the sun, / When all our countrymen / Shall be free, / And not enemies, but only neighbours, border us." Slovenščina: Melodija 7. kitice Zdravljice skladatelja Stanka Premrla, tj. državna himna Republike Slovenije. |
